All about leather furniture

What you have to know before buying leather living room?

Leather furniture is the most durable, stain resistant, and stylish.

You have to know not all leathers are created equal.

• Full Grain is the most desirable and most expensive leather, this leather can include scars and bug bites. This leather has not been split.

• Top Grain is the most usable leather, it is just top from full grain leather.

• Aniline leather is leather that has been dyed all the way through.

• Antiqued leather has been dyed twice, first in a light color and then a darker one to give an added dimension of age.

• NuBuck leather has been created by buffing the outer side of the hide.

• Split leather is just bottom from full grain leather. This leather can be used only on sides and back of furniture.

• 100 percent re-generated leather has been created from leftovers of leather.

• Vinyl or leather look is man made leather.

• Leather match means the sides and back of the furniture is upholstered in a vinyl.

Remember, the softer the leather, the higher grade the higher price you will be paying.

Pick leather sofa by feel and look that is right for you.

Manufacturer's warranty usually the same for different grades of leather.
